Local Delivery

We offer local delivery in and around Paris, Ontario within a 10 km radius. Delivery availability and fees may vary by address and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Fees (Paris & Nearby Towns)

• Orders under $49.99: $4.99 delivery fee
• Orders $49.99 – $74.99: $5.99 delivery fee
• Orders $75+: FREE delivery

Additional delivery fees may apply for priority/expedited delivery requests, special handling, or hard-to-access locations (e.g., limited parking, difficult entry, long walk-ups).

Same-Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 8:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (where available)
• Same-day orders are delivered by 10:00 PM at the latest
• Delivery timing may vary based on location, traffic, weather, and order volume
• Some products may not be eligible for delivery due to regulations or availability

Delivery Instructions

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. If you have specific delivery notes (e.g., buzzer code, unit number, preferred drop-off location), include them in the order notes.

Please include your preferred delivery time window in the delivery instructions:
11am–3pm, 3pm–6pm, or 6pm–10pm, along with drop-off details (front door, porch, etc.).

Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If we are unable to complete delivery due to one of the following reasons, refunds may not be guaranteed:

• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• No safe place to leave the order and no one available to receive it
• Unable to reach the customer at the provided phone number
• Building access issues (e.g., missing buzzer code, locked entry, no response)

In these situations, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you to coordinate next steps. If delivery is returned to the store, you may choose either:
(1) rescheduling delivery (additional delivery fees may apply), or (2) in-store pickup during store hours.

• Orders under $99: $9.99 shipping fee
• Orders $100+: FREE shipping

Shipping Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped

Shipping availability and rates will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
