How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and checkout online. You can choose delivery (if available in your area) or in-store pickup.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we may be able to update it. Please call us as soon as possible during store hours.
What if an item is out of stock?
Our inventory moves fast. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item (same category and value) or remove it from the order. If you prefer no substitutions, please add a note at checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before 8:30 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, delivered by 10:00 PM at the latest.
Is there a delivery fee?
A delivery fee may apply. $5 delivery fee may apply for faster deliveries (depending on distance and order size).
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver locally around Paris, Ontario. Delivery availability and pricing may vary by address at checkout.
What if I miss my delivery?
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If we’re unable to complete delivery, we’ll contact you to coordinate next steps.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available during store hours. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and wait for your order confirmation.
How fast is pickup ready?
Most pickup orders are prepared quickly during store hours. Busy periods may take a little longer. If you’re in a rush, call ahead after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept the payment options shown at checkout (credit/debit and other Shopify-supported methods depending on your setup).
Do you accept cash in-store?
Yes. We accept common payment methods in-store including cash and card.
What is your return/refund policy?
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged item, missing item), contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
Can I return food or opened items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food and consumable items are generally not returnable. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away.
Do you carry exotic or imported candy?
Yes — we regularly stock unique and hard-to-find candy and snacks, plus new items coming in often.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many items restock weekly, but availability can vary. If you’re looking for something specific, contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back.

Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
