Return & Refund Policy

At Grand Convenience, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell, food, beverages, candy, and other consumable items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once sold or delivered.

However, we will gladly review refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • An item was missing from your order
  • An item arrived damaged or defective
  • There was an error in order fulfillment

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, shipping or pickup.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s), if applicable

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Orders

  • Shipping, Delivery and Pickup fees are non-refundable once an order has been prepared or dispatched
  • If a shipping or delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability, refunds are not guaranteed

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified before they are prepared. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of error or damage:

  • Opened food or beverages
  • Perishable items
  • Candy and snacks
  • Tobacco, lottery, or age-restricted items
  • Sale or promotional items
