This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are delivered or made available for pickup from Grand Convenience.
We offer local delivery in and around Paris, Ontario within a 10 km radius. Delivery availability and fees may vary by address and will be shown at checkout.
Additional delivery fees may apply for priority/expedited delivery requests, special handling, or hard-to-access locations (e.g., limited parking, difficult entry, long walk-ups).
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. If you have specific delivery notes (e.g., buzzer code, unit number, preferred drop-off location), include them in the order notes.
Please include your preferred delivery time window in the delivery instructions: 11am–3pm, 3pm–6pm, or 6pm–10pm, along with drop-off details (front door, porch, etc.).
